I can’t find my account
If you’re having trouble finding your account, follow these steps:
- Your profile can be connected to your Apple, Google, or Email account for a streamlined login experience.
- Ensure that you are logging in with the same account (Apple, Google, or Email) that you used to create your profile.
- If you are currently using a different account, logout first.
- After logging out, try logging in again with the correct account that you used before.
How to change my name or gender?
You can change your name once a month in the app. To ensure your privacy and prevent misuse, your name cannot contain direct contact information.

Why can’t I see more people’s profiles in Discover?
- Check Your Age Range Under Discover Preference: Expand your age range criteria. For example, change the age range from 18-25 to 18-30.
- Distance Preference: Increase the distance range to discover more profiles. Ensure that the option to expand distance if you run out of profiles is turned on.
- Minimum Number of Photos: Set the “Minimum Number of Photos” preference to “1” to see more profiles.
- Use the Passport Feature: If there are no users in your area, try using the “Passport” feature to connect with people in other cities.
Why were my photos or reels removed from Bonfire?
To maintain a positive social environment, please adhere to the content guidelines outlined in our Terms of Service:
– Prohibited Activities: Post or share any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
If such content is found, it will be removed to ensure the community remains safe and enjoyable for all users.
How to update my email address?
To update your email address, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Account Settings: Go to Me > Settings > Account & Security > Email.
- Initiate the Email Change: Tap on the email area and confirm that you really want to change your email address.
- Verify Your Account: For your account safety, a verification code will be sent to your original email address. Enter the verification code to verify your identity.
- Bind a New Email: Once verified, you can bind your new email address to your account.
How to get more people to see my profile?
If you want to increase your profile visibility, try the following tips:
- Make the Most of Your New User Status: If you are new here, we will recommend you. Log in frequently during the first 7 days to maximize your visibility.
- Complete Your Profile: We recommend profiles that are well-edited and complete. Fill out your user profile carefully, especially by completing the verification process. This will help you make a good impression and match quickly with others.
- Stay Active: We recommend active users. Log in frequently to increase your chances of being seen by more people.
- Change Your Location: Consider changing your location to bigger cities to meet more people.
- Use Boost: Use the “boost” feature to get seen by 11x more people.
How do I report a user or profile?
To report a user or profile, follow these steps:
- Click on the avatar of the user you want to report.
- Scroll to the bottom of their profile.
- Click the “Report” button.
- Choose the reason why you are reporting the user.
- Select the details that you want to report to us. Optionally, input your comments and share more details about the issue.
- We will receive your report and review the user’s account. What you share with us will be treated confidentially.
